The gala held on the sidelines of MPTM 2025, the flagship tourism event organized by Madhya Pradesh Tourism, brought together over 400 Indian and international travel agents, tour operators, global delegates, hospitality leaders, and investors from more than 27 countries. The evening was designed to showcase not only the state’s hospitality and warmth but also the vibrancy of Indian brands like Woodpecker that embody the spirit of celebration.

An Evening that Blended Heritage, Hospitality, and Celebration Set against the timeless charm of Jehan Numa Palace - a 19th-century royal residence overlooking the Upper Lake, the gala dinner offered guests a true taste of “The Heart of India.” The evening showcased Madhya Pradesh on a global platform highlighting the heritage & potential of its tourism across the world, it also displayed a curated culinary spread celebrating the region’s cuisine, and an open-air experience where guests mingled under starlit skies accompanied by Woodpecker’s refreshing brews.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the event, announcing ₹3,665 crore in investment proposals, a landmark figure that underlines Madhya Pradesh’s growing global appeal, promising to generate significant employment opportunities in the state’s tourism sector. MPTM 2025: Putting Madhya Pradesh on the Global Tourism Map held from October 11 to 13, 2025, the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2025 has established itself as one of the most significant tourism platforms in India.  


This year’s edition focused on:

  • Tourism investment and infrastructure growth 
  • Promotion of heritage and film tourism 
  • Cross-state collaborations, including a Narmada River Cruise with Gujarat and joint circuits with Uttar Pradesh 
  • Digital engagement, with an influencers’ meet and discussions on leveraging social media for destination storytelling.
